Who we are
This website is operated by Ninety Utilities Ltd, a company registered in [PROVIDE: place of registration], company number [PROVIDE: company number], registered office [PROVIDE: registered office address]. Ninety Utilities Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, your message, and — if you provide them — your company name and phone number. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and the site sets no cookies.
Why we process it, and the lawful basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — responding to business enquiries sent to us — or, where your enquiry leads towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract). If you send us a CV, we hold it with your consent and delete it on request.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by processors acting on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and runs the code that handles the form.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — transmits the form contents to our mailbox as an email.
- Microsoft Corporation — provides the mailbox (Microsoft 365) where your enquiry is received and stored.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for [PROVIDE: retention period — 12 months from last contact is a reasonable default for general enquiries; correspondence that becomes part of a contract is kept for the life of the contract plus 6 years] and then deleted. CVs sent speculatively are kept for [PROVIDE: period — align with careers page] unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict our processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ninetygroup.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
